香港科技園公司創新斗室是香港其中一個採用「組裝合成」建築法的先導計劃。項目提供約500個床位。房間類型包括單人工作室、雙人工作室、共居工作室及套房（與住宅單元結合在一起的娛樂和共享生活 / 工作空間），並提供輔助配套設施。創新斗室將會成為一個智能生活及匯聚創新協作的社區。
17層高的大樓座落於香港科學園東南面，佔地32,000平方尺，由418個組件組裝而成，並提供5種類型的房間。
香港科技園公司於2021年4月7日宣布創新斗室正式開幕。

WSP (HK) Limited, the Structural Engineering Consultant of the InnoCell Project, has won a merit award in the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) Innovation Awards 2020 (Category I – An Invention) for their Innovative MiC Design Approach for InnoCell.
Due to the innovation and environmental sustainability in architecture and design, InnoCell has received Rethinking The Future Awards 2020 - Second Award. The project stands out among 1,500+ entries. Click here for more information about the award.
