Techoy is committed to drive all our projects with BIM. By utilizing BIM tools, its BIM team will build the project in the virtual world while our professional project team will perform once again in the real world. The wide adaptation of BIM within the company is to optimize construction sequence, increase certainty, minimize design risks, reduce unnecessary wastage, and improve productivity and quality, so as to exceed our clients’ expectations.

3D Scanning and Printing


Coupling with BIM, we utilise 3D scanning and printing technologies in our projects. We utilise 3D printing technology where appropriate throughout the project cycle to ensure effective communications with consultants and client representative, while we utilize 3D scanning in revitalisation projects to facility better planning of works and other projects in accordance with client’s requirement to provide client as-built models for future facility management purpose.

Electronic Monitoring System


Techoy adopts electronic monitoring system in our projects where not only management staff could track site progress in real time, but also allowing client’s representative and consultants to do the same.

Transitional Housing Projects

In order to relieve the acute shortage of housing, the HKSAR Government announced the three-year transitional housing target of 15,000 units in January 2020. Up to now, two MiC transitional housing projects were completed, including the Nam Cheong 220 by The Hong Kong Council of Social Service and the Junction of Sung Wong Toi Road and To Kwa Wan Road Project by Lok Sin Tong. United Court by Sheng Kung Hui will be commenced shortly. The largest project in Kong Ha Wai by Pok Oi Hospital was commenced in March 2021. Over 6,000 people will be homed by the end of 2022.
